Required documents to appy a Russia Business Visa
- Passport with minimum six months validity from the date of travel and minimum two blank pages for visa stamp
- Attach all your old passports (if any)
- One visa application form duly filled and signed by the applciant
- Two recent photographs with matt or semi matt finish, 60%-80% face coverage, white background and without border (Size: 35mm x 45mm)
- Covering Letter : Covering Letter from the applicant on the company’s letter head stating applicant’s name, designation,passport number, purpose and duration of visit.
- Original and a copy of the invitation which can be obtained by the host organization or business partner through the Consular Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation or of its regional offices, from the Federal Migration Service of the Russian Federation or an invitation from the following organizations:
- The Chamber of Commerce and Industry;
- Russian Union of Industrials and Entrepreneurs;
- All Russian Public Organization of Small and Medium Enterprises “OPORA Rossii”;
- Non-Commercial Organization “Russian Union of Commodity Producers (Employers).
- HIV certificate -if applying for more than 30 days, Double entry & Multiple Entry.
