Saudi Arabia Work Visa Requirement and Process
Visa Process overview
- Indian nationals need to have an inviting sponsor to travel Saudi Arabia.
- Sponsor apply for visa invitation approval with Ministry of Foreign Affairs , Saudi Arabia.
- Traveller apply for entry visa at the Saudi Embassy or consulate.
- Scan Copy of the applicant passport.
- Scanned photographs of the applicant.
- Work contract letter signed by the employee
- Medical report through G.C.C. approved medical practitioner/doctor
- Legalized highest educational qualification certificate.
- Passport (should be valid for a minimum period of 6 months from the date of travel) and copy of the first page of the passport.
- Recent (not more than 6 months old)4 photographs with white background. Size of the photo- for Mumbai consulate 40mm width and 60 m.m length for Delhi Embassy 35 m.m X 45 mm).
- Duly filled and signed two visa application form.(please click here to download form)
- Visa notification (Wakala) from Saudi Arebia arranged thrugh Saudi Employer.
- Copy of Registration Certificate of Saudi Company
- Covering letter from the employer/applicant
- Legalized highest educational qualification certificate.
- Copy of medical report through G.C.C. approved medical practitioner/doctor
- Confirmed onward ticket or itinerary.
