Singapore Tourist Visa Requirements

• Passport with minimum six month validity 
• Old passport  or passports –if applicable
• Duly completed and signed Visa Form 14A;
• Two recent Photos -it should be used for any other previous visa (see the detailed photo specification below )
• Taken against a white background
• Size of the photo (35 X 45 mm).
• A visa requisition letter from the traveller (ensure following information available in covering letter 
• It should be addressed to” The visa officer, Embassy or Consulate of the Republic of Singapore.
• Purpose of the travel 
• Duration of the stay in each location 
• Proof of Sufficient fund – e.g.  Bank statement.
• Address proof of the applicant -If residing on any other address as mentioned on the passport.
• Confirmed return air ticket. 
• Leave approval letter from the employer  –if any
• If a minor travelling alone -A no objection certificate signed by both parents and their passport copy
• If a minor accompanied by one parent -A no objection certificate by the other parent and his/her passport copy

• Above listed documents are not a final , Embassy or Consulate may ask additional documents
• Every application will be considered on its own merits. Possession of a visa does not guarantee entry into Singapore. Visitors must also meet entry requirements such as holding a valid passport, sufficient funds for the period of stay in Singapore and confirmed onward/return air ticket.

Processing Time:
3 working days (excluding the day of submission)
Visa Fees

• Visa processing fee for each application is SGD 30.
•  The processing fee is non-refundable regardless of the outcome of the application or if you withdraw the application after submission. 
• In addition to the visa fee, authorised visa agents will also impose a fixed service charge  for each visa application.

Singapore Business Visa Requirements

•  Passport with at least six months validity on the date of departure (return travel date)from Singapore.
• The passport should contains at least one blank page reserved for immigration seal while travelling Old passport or passports –if applicable 
• Duly completed and signed Visa Form 14A;
• Two Photos (see the detailed photo specification below )
• Taken against a white background
• Matt or semi-matt finish
• Size of the photo (35 X 45 mm).
• without border and taken within the last 3 months
• A visa requisition letter from the Company (ensure following information available in covering letter 
• It should be in company’s original letter head with company address on it
• It should be addressed to” The visa officer, Embassy or Consulate of the Republic of Singapore.
• Introduction about the company
• Name and designation of the Applicant
• Purpose and duration of the travel and brief sketch of the company to be visited.
• Name, contact number and email address designation of the of the signatory (of a managerial or executive level) 
• Invitation Letter from the invitee company in Singapore (Please ensure following requirements meets a invitation )
• It should be printed in invitee company’s letter head 
• Specify the applicant Name, passport no, duration of visit and purpose of travel
• Contact no and email address  of the signatory
• Address proof –if your present address is different from passport 
• Financial Documents -Bank statement, Salary Slip etc
• Return Confirmed air ticket
