Poland Business Visa Requirement and Procedures


  • Original Passport with validity of minimum three months and two blank pages for visa stamp. 
    • Passports issued beyond 10 years will not be accepted by the Embassy 
    • Attach all your old passports (if any)
    • Copies of the first/last/observation/correction pages
    • Passports will not be accepted if ovservation is found in any of the details given on the bio data page.
  • Visa Application Form: Visa application form has to be filled online by the applicant. 
  • Two recent passport size photographs with matt or semi matt finish, 60%-80% face coverage, white background and without border (Size: 35mm x 45mm) 
    • Please note: Photograph should not be more than 3 months old,scanned/stapled and should not be used in any of the previous visas.
  • Covering-Letter: Original typed Covering Letter from applicant on company’s letter head stating his name, designation, passport number, purpose and duration of visit. The letter should be addressed to – The Visa Officer, Embassy of the Republic of Poland, New Delhi
  • Invitation Letter from Poland & Swiss host / inviting Company on its letter head stating the purpose of travel and duration of stay and should be duly signed with signatory’s name and designation. (Please note letter should be faxed or courier directly to the Embassy)
  • Personal & Company ITR for last 3yrs 
  • Personal & Company Bank Statement for last six months mentioning the Bank’s name, Bank’s Telephone Number clearly 
  • Credit Card copy/Foreign Exchange endorsement/Traveler’s Cheque 
  • Salary slips for the last three months
  • For First Time Traveler 
  • Salary Slip for the last three months
    • Copy of Company Registration Certificate / Certificate of Incorporation
    • Copy of Job appointment letter from Indian Employer 
  • Proof of Accommodation : Hotel confirmation for the entire period of stay in Schengen area 
  • Confirmed return Air ticket
  • Original Medical Insurance for the stay duration amounting to 30,000 Euros. 
  • Authorization Letter: If agent is submitting the documents
