Total 65,000 visas are available every year and an additional quota of 20,000 for those who have a master’s or higher degree from a U.S. university.

• Filing of  Labour Condition Application (LCA) with the U.S. Department of Labour by the employer and gets the LCA certified.
•  Petitions filing with Bureau of Citizenship and Immigration Services (BCIS) by a company or organization in the United States with required documents

2. Pay the visa application fee.
3. Setup an appointment for the interview through www.ustraveldocs.com/in
4. Appear in person for an appointment at the Offsite Facilitation Center (OFC)
5. Visa interview at the U.S. Embassy or Consulate
6. Returning the passport with or without visa by courier
