- Original Passport
- Valid passport with at least six months validity on the date of departure from Singapore.
- The passport should contains at least one double blank page reserved for visa stamping (blank front and back)
- Old passport or passports –if applicable
- Duly completed Visa Form
- Two Photos (see the detailed photo specification below )
- Taken against a white background
- Matt or semi-matt finish
- Size of the photo (35 X 45 mm).
- without border and taken within the last 3 months
- A visa requisition letter from applicant organization
- Business Invitation letter from Malaysian invitee company
- Proof of Sufficient fund – e.g. Bank statement for the past three months
- Hotel Booking -
- Address proof of the applicant -If residing on any other address as mentioned on the passport.
- Confirmed return air ticket.
- Leave approval letter from the employer –if any
- If a minor travelling alone -A no objection certificate signed by both parents and their passport copy
- If a minor accompanied by one parent -A no objection certificate by the other parent and his/her passport copy
