Documents required from the Applicant
- Four visa application form fully completed and signed by the applicant- Form enclosed ,please print back to back
- 4photos (see the detailed photo specification below )
- Taken against a white background
- Glossy or semi-matt finish
- Size of the photo (35 X 45 mm).
- Face size: 80 % of the photograph should comprise of the face.
- Passport
- The Passport must have been issued within the previous 10 years and the validity must not exceed 10 yrs
- At least have a validity of 3 months after intended stay.
- Have 2 Blank Pages
- Photocopy of all observations in the passport
- A Visa requisition letter address to Nigerian High Commission.
- Original Marriage Certificate –If spouse applying
- Birth Certificate of the child/children in original, -if child accompanying
- Address proof -If present address is different from passport.
- Photocopy of the passport of the principal applicant (with STR visa) and relevant pages in case of Regularization
- An invitation letter from Nigeria (from Spouse)
- Current CERPAC of the Principal Immigrant
- Accommodation proof in Nigeria(like rental agreement )
- Three months Bank stament from Nigeria (from Spouse)
- 3 months pay slip from Nigeria (from Spouse)
- Assignment letter /Transfer letter/Deputation letter of the spouse
