Japan Business Visa Requirements

• The Applicant should have a passport valid for at least 6 months from the date of application for the visa.
• A visa requisition letter from the Indian Company  It should outline the purpose of the trip, the Organization/ s to be visited, the period of stay and stay address in Japan with repatriation guarantee 
• Salary slips of the Applicant. For the past three months
• Original  Letter of Invitation from Japan with in company letter head with seal on it
• Original guarantee letter  from Japan with in company letter head with seal on it
• One visa application form-Attached
• Three white background photograph (45mm x 45mm in size )
• Confirmed onward/ return air ticket.
• Address proof letter –if the passport issued in different place other than your current place of residence 
• Lead time to process the visa is 4 working days in consulate
