• Payment of  visa application fee.
• Setup an appointment for the interview through www.ustraveldocs.com/in
• Appear in person for an appointment at the Offsite Facilitation Center (OFC)
• Visa interview at the U.S. Embassy or Consulate
• Returning the passport with visa by courier

List of Required Documents for Business Visa Interview/Application

• Passport with minimum six month validity from the date of entry to US.

• Personal Income Tax statements for the last 3 years.
• Personal Bank transaction statements detailing all deposits and withdrawals for the last six months. 
• Interview appointment letter
• A Visa requisition letter from employer
• Invitation letter from the US counterpart / Company with which you are going to conduct business.

• Produce proof that the Company will finance the trip.

• Personal Income Tax return for the last 3 years.

• Personal Bank transaction statement 

• If the company is new or unknown;
• Bring all documents about company's market and financial position with financial records (bank statement), sources of funds, Tax papers for the last three year and any News paper/press coverage or Advertisement brochures about the company.
• Incorporation documents and business license(s).
• Exchanges of correspondence with U.S. purchasers, suppliers or contacts.
• Recent contracts, bills of lading or other documentary evidence of recent imports and exports of purchases.
• If applicant is going to attend any business/educational/ commercial or professional seminar or conference you must have the event registration proof, letter of invitation, brochure of event, any printed/media/website printout having reference to this event.
