Canada Business Visa Requirements

 Business visa requirements.

•  Passport
• One  visa application Form IMM5257 duly filled online (Link to fill the form  http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/forms/IMM5257E.PDF) and signed by the applicant
• One family information form filled online(http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/forms/IMM5645E.PDF) by each applicant separately
• Form  IMM5257B filled online (http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/forms/IMM5257B_1.PDF) by every applicant
•  Four  Photos (see the detailed specification and requirement please contact us)
• A visa requisition letter from the Company
• Invitation Letter from the invitee company in Canada
• Bank statements of last three months
• Copy of the Income Tax Returns for last three years
• Salary slips for the last three months.
• Company appointment letter
• If you are self-employed;
• Company registration documents
• Company bank statement
• Income tax return for last three (3) years
• Address proof –if the passport issued in different location rather than where u apply for a visa
• VFS Consent Form

Important;

•   Above listed documents are not a final , High Commission may ask additional documents               
•   Personal appearance may be required at the Embassy as per the discretion of the visa officer.

Time Taken for processing visa

 Processing time varies according to workload and season mostly taking between 10 to 15 working days. However, it is advisable to submit the visa application 2 - 3 weeks before intended date of travel. If previously, the Applicant has been refused a visa, has been asked to provide additional information or is likely undergo a medical examination, decision on application may take longer.
